DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY for RAVAIR LTD
How long will my delivery take?
We use either a courier service or postal service for sending out our orders. Ravair Ltd aim to have mainland UK orders delivered next day. Outside mainland UK we aim to deliver orders within 5 working days. Please allow extra time over public holidays. Orders must be finalised by 12pm on the day or delivery will be deferred until the next working day.
What if I haven’t received my order after the time specified?
If you haven’t received your order by the end of the next working day, after the allotted delivery day, please contact us either by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01424 830700 and we will contact the delivery team used. Please note that not all orders sent by Royal Mail are recorded.
What if my item is faulty?
If you receive an item that is faulty and return it within 28 days, unused and in original packaging, we may be able to offer you a refund of the costs of your goods minus the costs of postage/packaging.
If the item becomes faulty after the 28 days but before 12 months from the date of purchase (1 year warranty given with all electrical products), we will arrange collection of the item from any address the customer requests and repair or replace the faulty part within a specified time period. (This will depend on the nature of the fault, stock levels and replacement parts availability). The item will be returned to you at no extra cost.
What if I need to cancel an order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order has been delivered if the products have been ordered through this website and are new products, in original packaging, that are unopened, unused and undamaged. Cancellations must be made in witting within 14 days to:

If you decide to cancel your order and the products are in transit they must be returned to us as soon as they are received.
We will refund directly to the credit/ debit card used for payment within 30 days of the written cancellation notice and return of products.
Refunds will be excluding any postage or delivery costs and we suggest that returned products are sent Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
