  • Issues with my order

    Item Missing

    If there is an item missing from your order, please contact us.

    My Order Has Been Tampered With 

    If you feel your delivery has been tampered with, or looks as if it has been opened/resealed you should refuse the parcel and not sign for it. Claims made for missing items after you have signed for it will be refused.

    You've Sent Me The Wrong Item(s)

    If you have been sent the wrong item please contact us. Once investigated we will send you a free returns label to then amend your order. If the item is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. 

    Faulty Item

    If for some reason your order contains a faulty item please contact us immediately and we will assist you in returning the item. When we receive the item back we will replace the item, offer an alternative, offer a refund, or in some cases repair the item. If you receive an item that is faulty and return it within 28 days, unused and in original packaging, we may be able to offer you a refund of the costs of your goods minus the costs of postage/packaging. 

    If the item becomes faulty after the 28 days but before 12 months from the date of purchase (1 year warranty given with all electrical products), we will arrange collection of the item from any address the customer requests and repair or replace the faulty part within a specified time period. (This will depend on the nature of the fault, stock levels and replacement parts availability). The item will be returned to you at no extra cost.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    What if I need to cancel an order?

    You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order has been delivered if the products have been ordered through this website and are new products, in original packaging, that are unopened, unused and undamaged. Cancellations must be made in witting within 14 days to:

    If you decide to cancel your order and the products are in transit they must be returned to us as soon as they are received. 

    We will refund directly to the credit/ debit card used for payment within 30 days of the written cancellation notice and return of products.

    Refunds will be excluding any postage or delivery costs and we suggest that returned products are sent Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

    Returns under the 30 day money back guarantee must be agreed with Ravair Ltd so that the correct use of the unit is established. Returns must be made to Ravair Ltd at the address above and be undamaged and packed correctly.

    Do you deliver to my country?

    We deliver to most countries worldwide, your postage rate will be calculated at the checkout when you finish your order. Delivery times vary depend on location, feel free to contact us for additional information on international orders.     Can you change your delivery address?

    If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. If the order has been dispatched, then the delivery address can not be changed. 

     

  • UK delivery information

    Express Delivery

    Order by 2pm during the week for next day delivery. On the weekend, orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Orders to British Isles, Southern Ireland please allow 2-3 working days. 

    Process

    Once you have placed your order, you should receive a order confirmation. A signature on delivery is required.

  • How do I return an item?

    Please contact us at sales@ravair.com to inform us of the item(s) you would like to return.

    Post the item(s) to the address below. Please use the original packaging that it was delivered to you in. Please note: the item(s) must be unused and undamaged.

  • Returns Policy

    The item(s) you are returning must have been ordered through the Ravair website and must be returned in the original packaging. The items MUST be unused and undamaged. Please note that all dust extractors in particular cannot be used on human nails etc. before returning.

    We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods sent back by you, please ensure that you use a reputable courier (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery).

     

  • I am having trouble accessing or buying from your website
    If your having problems with the website, we have tech guys who can help fix matters. Please contact us and let us know if you see something not functioning as it should. We do try our best to test every aspect of our website but sometimes new issues can arise caused by a software update that we will not be aware of unless we are alerted.
