Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to most countries worldwide, your postage rate will be calculated at the checkout when you finish your order. Delivery times vary depend on location, feel free to contact us for additional information on international orders. Please call us on +44(0)1892750777 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can quote you the price of delivery to your country.
Can you change your delivery address?
If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. If the order has been dispatched, then the delivery address can not be changed.
Order by 2pm during the week for next day delivery. On the weekend, orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Orders to British Isles, Southern Ireland please allow 2-3 working days.
Once you have placed your order, you should receive a order confirmation. A signature on delivery is required.
The item(s) you are returning must have been ordered through the Ravair website and must be returned in the original packaging. The items MUST be unused and undamaged. Please note that all dust extractors in particular cannot be used on human nails etc. before returning.
We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods sent back by you, please ensure that you use a reputable courier (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery).
