The Unique Patented Floor Standing Fume,Odour and dust Extractor from Ravair will remove Fumes and Smells produced from Nail and Hair Products. This Patented Machine has been tried and tested in Nail Bars and Hair Salons. 

This "capture at source" unit is fully Independently Tested with full Lab report that proves without doubt that this unit removes 99.99% of fumes and odours associated with Nail Bars (Monomer Methyl/Ethyl Methacrylate C5H802/C6H1002) and Adhesive Glues associated with eyelash extensions etc (Cyanoacrylate) and Fully meets HSE Coshh SR13 regulations and recognised by Local Health and Safety Officers all over the UK and Ireland.

How it works:
The Extractor contains 3 kilos of a specially formulated Activated Carbon that will remove these fumes and smells. The Uniquely Designed motor pulls air using patented Vortex Technology from your working environment into the machine and through a 3 kilo bed of activated carbon.The speed and pressure of the airflow has been specially graded to the correct levels to ensure the Activated Carbon "captures" the molecules of the gases that are being removed. The toxic fumes and odours actually "stick" to the surface area of the Activated Carbon in a process called "Adsorption". Once captured, these molecules can never be released. Once the Activated Carbon cannot adsorb any more molecules it is thrown away and replaced with new carbon.(aprox 2-3 months) (The carbon is landfill safe).

The unit is also fitted with a double action 20mm deep Glass Hepa Filter to EU Standard EN 1822-1 which exceeds all required legislation and will remove particles such as dust, pollen, pollutants, to 0.3 microns and above to 99.97% efficiency. Suitable for Asthma or Hay Fever Sufferer's. This unit will remove all dust in the general room but not specific nail dust as it is removed from the nail, this must be removed with a dedicated nail dust extractor.

The Extractor is on wheels so once in situ it is easily moved around the salon. The extractor also comes with a remote control that can be used from up to 8 metres away. The specially graded motor always starts on high then automatically drops to the speed that it was on when it was turned off. The speed of the fan is variable, up and down, once it is turned on just have it on high for a short time to get the air moving, then turn it down to low to remove the fumes virtually noiselessly.

On medium/high speed the unit will extract dust and fumes through the fitted 3 phase filter system at 595m3 per hour and remove Fumes such as Monomers to 99.999% efficiency, see Independent Lab report which can be downloaded above, this high speed will be unlikely to be used as this powerful machine will be just as efficient on low speed.

The Activated Carbon is available in refill bags and MUST be supplied from Ravair Ltd. If different Activated Carbon is used the rate of airflow cannot be guaranteed and the one year warranty may be void.
